Along the way, Blake has become one of Calgary's top realtors. He has maintained the Number One position in CIR's South Office since 1995, and earned the Number One spot in the entire company in 1996, 1997, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2007 and 2012.


In 2003 Blake broke all CIR sales records, placing him again in the top 1% of all Calgary realtors.


In 2004 Blake became the first and only CIR Realtor to achieve our newest and highest award club level - The Cirrus Circle Award Club.


In 2007 Blake completed over 100 real estate transaction ends again and achieved the award of merit in the MLS Million Dollar Club for the 12th consecutive year.

In 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011, Blake was in the top three for sales production for overall company.

In 2012 Blake earned the Number One spot again in the entire company with the Highest Sales Production.

In 2013 and 2014, Blake earned the Number One spot again for the Downtown Office and was number two for sales production for overall company.
