Since Max Nizamov was 13 years old he had a “real” job. That’s how far back his entrepreneurial adventures started. Max is a great believer in controlling his own destiny and now his success reflects the work he puts into all he does.

Following through on his promises led Max to achieve, in only his second year in the real estate industry, a standard normally reserved for those in the business for many years. His success with his clients brought him the prestigious title of Number One in sales for the month in CIR’s North Office. In a company replete with high achievers, his accomplishment is a huge feather in his cap.

“I was very impressed with the knowledge and integrity of the CIR agents, so I joined the company,” he says, “And then I worked very hard to achieve my goals.” Max knows that without the trust of his clients, no amount of hard work will bring him success. “I value my clients’ values and needs. I am honest with them and treat everyone equally,” he says, “I am very upfront with my clients regarding what they can expect and I am aware of my own limits. I care about my clients first.”

Being aware of his own limits comes naturally to Max. In his off time, he is training to compete in the Canadian National Body Building Competition in 2002. He has incorporated fitness into his life since the age of 14, when he got tired of being regarded as just a skinny kid. Part of his regimen includes an almost accidental foray into training his co-workers in the benefits of a healthier lifestyle through lifestyle management.An ability to focus on the goal is one of the reasons Max is so highly regarded by his clients.
