With an engineering degree under his belt, Steve has the skills to analyse a situation and chart a course to a favourable outcome. Steve understands the pitfalls and the possibilities of real estate. "For a lot of people, there’s an infatuation stage, they fall in love with something gorgeous and just have to have it," he says with a smile. "And when that happens in real estate, you have to take a step back and really look at whether this is the one. It’s my job to find the best fit for my clients, while working through the options together."


Not keen to join a race to the top, Steve says you won’t see his face on giant billboards. Instead, he’s interested in devoting his time and attention to meeting his clients’ needs, one client at a time, and doing so with honesty and integrity. "Whether buying or selling, I want my clients to make the decision that is best for them," says Steve.
